Meditation
Weekly guided meditation classes are suitable whether you want to release stress and simply feel more relaxed or delve deeper into long lasting inner peace and expanded awareness.
Mondays: Classes begin with a short discussion on a topic to help overcome limitations and open yourself up to new possibilities. They provide direction and encouragement whether you are a novice or have experience.
Thursdays: Classes are held live at Cultivate Yoga and streamed via Zoom. Class begins with mindful movements for approximately 15-20 minutes. The remainder of the class is similar to Monday.
Meditations may include intention setting, breath work, mindfulness, introspection, contemplation, mantra and music. The practices can be integrated into your daily routine in order to lead a more balanced life. The safe space that is created provides a welcoming environment for answering questions in support of your practice and journey.
Individual
Individuals can participate in regularly scheduled weekly Zoom meditations on Monday and Thursday. Registration is available through the Events tab.
Suggested Donation: $10.00
Businesses and Other Groups
Onsite or online meditations are customized to the audience and the time available as a one-time event or regularly scheduled class. Contact me at [email protected] to further explore and schedule sessions.

Mr. Mitchell voluntarily conducted a weekly meditation session with a small group of our senior participants for a little over a year. The seniors reported feeling more relaxed and reflective after each session.

I would highly recommend Mello as a spiritual teacher and a guide for meditation. He is very clear and calm and that energy seemed to transfer to us during the session.
