Meditation for Spiritual Awakening - 2026
A six week class beginning January 6th at 10:15 AM - 11:40, every Monday, offered through Baldwin Wallace's Institute For Learning In Retirement, ILR.

Suggested Donation
$12.00 per class
Donations can be made via Paypal (ID =@MelloMitchell1), Venmo (ID = mello-mitchell-1) or check. If you are sending a check, notify me and I'll send my home address. If you prefer you can send donations for multiple classes either in advance or arrears.
Operating under the honor system is the best path forward. Listen to your heart and offer what is right for you. Everyone is welcome!
ZOOM
It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the use of Zoom before attending this session. The mobile application needs to be downloaded if you are using a mobile device. YouTube has videos to assist you with learning how to use Zoom.
There are times that during a class the Zoom link may become unstable. The video may break up or freeze or the audio connection is garbled or lost. Should this happen, relax, breathe and give it some time to clear up. Mute your video so that more bandwidth can be available. Otherwise, disconnect from Zoom and reestablish your connection.
If a quality connection is not possible, remember that you are still connected to the energy of the meditation. Sit back, relax and remain connected by focusing on your breath or continue with the direction the meditation was going...or take a direction in which you are guided.
