Forgiveness Meditation
February 8, 2022, Tuesday, 6:30-7:30 PM | Donations accepted
Participate in a one-hour online meditation focused on forgiveness. Forgiving yourself or others will allow you to live a freer, happier and healthier life.
Forgiveness is a self-care step that can be difficult which is why research has shown having support through the process is important. You will be guided through the process in a caring manner and supported by the energy of the meditation.
The session will begin with a brief introduction on forgiveness, followed by a guided meditation based on the book Forgiveness Made Easy: The Revolutionary Guide to Moving Beyond Your Past and Truly Letting Go by Barbara Hunt.
